Our main training facility is a private 20-acre working ranch in Santa Clarita. With this much open space, we run full 12-station rattlesnake avoidance courses in a controlled environment that mirrors the real outdoor terrain your dog navigates every day — hills, brush, open land, and all.

This is where most of our group and individual sessions take place. The property is purpose-built for rattlesnake avoidance training with genuine SCV terrain — the same environment where real encounters happen.

Polsa Rosa Ranch in Acton is a working high-desert film and equestrian property — wide-open terrain, oak-scrub, dry washes, and authentic rattlesnake country. About 45 miles northeast of Los Angeles, it gives your dog the kind of real-world environment where encounters actually happen.

We run our full 12-station rattlesnake avoidance course here for sessions out in the Antelope Valley corridor — same course, same handler, same standard as Santa Clarita.
